A Community of Practice of CIOs and Asset Class Heads of Institutional Allocators

Allocator Collective Fellows & Forum is a community of practice for CIOs and asset class heads at institutional allocators. During the first half of the program, Fellows have small group discussions with industry leaders about governance, sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring. During the second half of the program, Fellows set and work toward their own goals at their institutions and will collaborate on a group project. This program, now launching its third cohort, builds both lasting relationships and enduring impact within Fellows' teams and portfolios.

Allocator Collective Fellows: Building the Future

The Allocator Collective Fellows Program supplements the skill sets of CIOs and asset class heads with industry insights and research, relationship building and peer mentoring, and forum participation.  Through this program, Fellows join a community of like-minded peers and gain direct access to industry trailblazers. The program equips participants with the insights, connections, and resources needed to succeed in the evolving investment landscape. The Allocator Collective Fellows and Forum Program is based on the premise that CIOs and asset class heads at institutional asset owners are the fulcrum of the investment process: their exchange of ideas, best practices, and challenges related to advancing recruitment and investment strategies that enhance multidimensional diversity within organizations can shape the investment management industry.

Through structured small group discussions, moderated sessions with industry trailblazers, and collaborative research, participants engage in open dialogue, peer learning, and shared accountability with the goal of refining governance, sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring.
